Description
The villa consists of :
- A living room with fireplace, satellite television, Hi-Fi. Direct access to the kitchen, and a bar corner.
- A dining room with special pool table. Direct access to the terrace with barbecue, a view of the pool as well as over the terrain with its plants and trees.
- A kitchen in the typical regional style, fully equipped with quality materials: induction cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge with ice machine, dryer, deep fryer, percolator, toaster, mixer and dishes/cutlery for 12 persons.
Direct access to a terrace facing south, with a barbecue and a nice shady spot with plants. Ideally suited for having a leisurely breakfast in the middle of nature.
Bedroom #1 (ALTESSE) : bedroom for 2 persons (2 x 1) situated in the tower with a balcony facing south and a view over the sea on the side of Port Grimaud. Private bathroom at the base of the tower with jetted bath, washing table, toilet, etc. with a charming finish in pine from the Landes area.
Bedroom #2 (BARONNE) : bedroom for 2 persons (2 x 1) with clothes shelves and a safe. Direct access to the bathroom (jetted bath, washing tables, toilet, and storage space), which offers a superb view over the grounds and pool. Access to a terrace facing east, exposed to the sunrise.
Bedroom #3 (PRINCESSE) : bedroom for 2 persons (2 x 1). Access to a terrace facing east. Very nice separate bathroom with wood finish and full size mirror (jetted bath, washing table, washing machine, separate toilet).
Bedroom #4 (COMTESSE) : bedroom for 2 persons (2 x 1) with lovely bathroom (jetted bath, washing table, and toilet). Passage to the sleeping space with typical swing doors, beautiful terrace next to the pool.
Bedroom #5 (DUCHESSE) : bedroom for 2 persons (2 x 1) decorated in teak wood. Bathroom (jetted bath, washing tables, and toilet). Terrace at the front of the room on the level of the pool.
Every room in the villa has been carefully decorated with harmonious colours and carefully chosen decorations, and has a private terrace with table and chairs. The living space is decorated with tropical paintings and wooden furniture with a warm beige fabric. |
